REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Introduction
Payments for custom design projects, in case of websites and applications, are made according to the milestones as agreed upon before the commencement of the project. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all the money paid to Application Nexus Webservices Pvt. Ltd. is retained with the company and if applicable, a fee for all the work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and project will be suspended without notice. It is advisable that instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us for all billing related issues.Application Nexus Webservices Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disable or terminate a user’s account if the user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.

Project Cost Range
Project costs or payments are provided to the client by Application Nexus Webservices Pvt. Ltd. in the quotation provided to the client on email/chat. Typically the range of transactions on our varies from INR 400 to 4000.
Payment for services is due by bank transfer or online payment systems. Details of both will be provided on the invoices.

Schedule Of Payment
All the payments are subject to achievement of milestones which are set before the commencement of the project. The client is required to adhere to the schedule of payments according to these milestones unless agreed otherwise.
