Any client does not need to sign an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. Each client is given a quote/proposal before the commencement of the project and if the client approves a quote then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Project costs or payments are provided to the client by Application Nexus Webservices Pvt. Ltd. in the quotation provided to the client on email/chat. All the payments are subject to achievement of milestones which are set before the commencement of the project. The client is required to adhere to the schedule of payments according to these milestones unless agreed otherwise.

Payment for services is due by bank transfer or online payment systems. Details of both will be provided on the invoices.

Application Nexus Webservices Pvt. Ltd. will provide the Client with an opportunity to review the project output during the design and development phase and once the overall website development is completed, or as agreed otherwise. At the completion of the project, such materials will be deemed to be accepted and approved unless the Client notifies us otherwise within ten (10) days of the date the materials are made available to the Client.

Client agrees to reimburse the company for any additional expenses necessary for the completion of the work. Examples would be purchase of special plugins, themes etc.

The Client retains the copyright to data, files and graphic logos provided by the Client, and grants Application Nexus Webservices Pvt. Ltd. the rights to publish and use such material. The Client must obtain permission and rights to use any information or files that are copyrighted by a third party. The Client is further responsible for granting us the permission and rights for use of the same and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Application Nexus Webservices Pvt. Ltd. from any and all claims resulting from the Client's negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions. A contract for the project shall be regarded as a guarantee by the Client to the company that all such permissions and authorities have been obtained. Evidence of permissions and authorities may be requested.

Prices for our products/services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

If the Client's product is to be installed, or installed on a third-party server, Application Nexus Webservices Pvt. Ltd. must be granted temporary read/write access to the Client's storage directories which must be accessible via FTP. Depending on the specific nature of the project, other resources might also need to be configured on the server.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, services and more. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
